Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Overview
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all coaching sessions and digital products offered by Coach Potatoes through coachpotatoes.net. By purchasing or booking a service, you agree to the terms outlined below.
2. Coaching Sessions
2.1 Booking & Confirmation
Coaching sessions are booked via the Calendly platform and paid through Stripe. A booking is considered confirmed once payment is completed.
2.2 Cancellation Policy
You may cancel a coaching session up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.
2.3 Rescheduling
Each booking allows one reschedule, coordinated directly with the coach. Rescheduling is subject to coach availability.
2.4 No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior cancellation or rescheduling counts as a no-show and is non-refundable.
2.5 EU Right of Withdrawal
By booking a session, you consent to the service being performed within the 14-day withdrawal period.
You lose your withdrawal right once the session is delivered.
3. Digital Products: Character Build Creation & Build Review
3.1 Non-Refundable Digital Goods
The following digital products are non-refundable:
- Character Build Creation
- Character Build Review
These services involve the creation of custom digital content delivered electronically. Once delivered, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3.2 EU Right of Withdrawal for Digital Goods
By purchasing a digital product, you expressly acknowledge that:
- The product will be delivered digitally, and
- You waive your 14-day withdrawal right once the work begins or the file is delivered.
4. Technical Issues
If you do not receive a digital product due to a technical error, you may request redelivery. This does not constitute grounds for a refund unless the service cannot be fulfilled.
