Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the coaching and digital services offered by Coach Potatoes. By booking a coaching session or purchasing any digital product on our website, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services Covered

2.1. Online Coaching Sessions

Live one-on-one coaching delivered online, booked through Calendly and paid through Stripe.

2.2. Digital Products

• Character Build Creation
• Character Build Review

These digital products are delivered electronically and are treated as non-refundable digital goods.

3. Booking & Payment

• Sessions are booked through Calendly.
• Payments are processed via Stripe.
• A contract is formed once payment is completed.

4. EU Right of Withdrawal

4.1. Coaching Sessions

By booking a session, you agree that the service may begin before the 14-day withdrawal period ends. You lose your withdrawal right once the session is fully performed.

4.2. Digital Products

Digital products are non-refundable once delivered. You waive your right of withdrawal upon purchase.

5. Refund & Cancellation Policy

5.1. Coaching Sessions

• Cancellation 48 hours before session → full refund
• Cancellation under 48 hours → non-refundable
• No-shows → non-refundable

One reschedule is allowed per booking.

5.2. Digital Products

Character build creation and reviews are non-refundable once delivered.

6. User Obligations

Users must not misuse services, share others' data, or redistribute purchased content.

7. Intellectual Property

All digital materials remain the intellectual property of Coach Potatoes and cannot be redistributed.

8. Service Delivery

Coaching is delivered live online. Digital products are delivered electronically.

9. Session Conduct & Limitations

We do not offer medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice.

Abusive behavior may result in termination without refund.

10. Liability

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for a service.

11. Third-Party Services

We integrate Stripe, Calendly, and Google Workspace but are not liable for their outages.

12. Data Protection

Processed according to our GDPR-compliant Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

Terms may be updated; the "Last Updated" date will reflect changes.
